• Go to the top of the app to click on the ‘Menu’ option and then navigate to the ‘Manage Balance’ option. 
• Now, an option says ‘Transfer to Bank’appears on your mobile screen, just tap on it.
• After that, you will have to enter the amount you are looking to transfer from your Venmo account.
• Now, you have to choose the speed of transfer from ‘1-3 Business Days’ or ‘Instant’ to transfer your money. 
• Here, you should choose your bank account and confirm the details before you tap on the ‘Transfer’ option. 

After withdrawing your money from your Venmo account to your bank account, you need to transfer that amount to your Cash App.

• Firstly, you have to log in to your Cash App account and then click on the ‘Balance’ tab from your home screen.
• Now, you have to click on the ‘Add Cash’ option and then enter the amount you want to send. 
• Next, you should click on the ‘Add’ option and then enter the Touch Id or Cash app pin to verify the transfer.
